Women’s Kickboxing  
NO MEN ALLOWED, GIRLS ONLY!

(Equipment: 16 oz boxing gloves, shin pads, mouthpiece, hand wraps)



 
Women’s Kickboxing  offers a fun and useful program, designed for improved fitness, while teaching basic kickboxing and self-defense principles.  In this class you will learn proper punching, kicking, knee-strikes, and how to strike with the elbows, too.  Proper stance and footwork will help you get the angle on your opponent for attack or defense.  You will  learn how to defend yourself from all types of striking attacks, and how to counter your opponent’s offense.  Your coach will teach you the correct way to hold pads for a training partner, in order to work as a team.
 
Finally, you will become confident defening yourself in the unfortunate event of a real-life attack.  We will utilize different calisthenics, plyometrics, and cardio exercise drills to get you into best shapeof your life.
