JUNIORs TAEKWONDO (12-14 YRS)

         

    Kids have great fun while learning Taekwondo and
                             self-defense moves !

Juniors Taekwondo 12-14 yrs  
Your child will learn the basics and advanced techniques in our Taekwondo program. The exercises and routines require teamwork and through them kids learn discipline and respect.  Kids get great exercise in the process. There is a unique belt advancement program so they can learn to set goals and advance to the next level. In this class they will learn proper punching, kicking, knee-strikes, and elbow striking techniques, and how to defend against them. Self-defense is important for youngsters, and they will learn it here. Sequences of defensive moves are taught and drilled so they are ready when needed.
Team-building 
Exercises are used so that kids realize the importance of being team while helping their friends reach their goals it gives them a sense of an accomplishment to do good things for others.
